It’s Time to Plan a Party!! Your
best friend is turning 12 years old next month, and you are going to be planning
his/her birthday party. You will be
working in groups of two and your group will be given a budget of $500 to
spend on this party. It is up to you
to determine how many people to invite.
Using the Internet, you will plan all aspects of the party from
ordering the invitations to buying the birthday cake. But remember, you cannot exceed your budget
so be careful and shop wisely! You will be given a party planning worksheet to guide
you in determining what you will need for the party, but it is up to you to
be a smart shopper and order items that will allow you to remain in your
