Process Step
One: v You
will begin this Web Quest by accessing a page online that provides
information on what a Web Quest is and how to structure one. A link to this
page is provided in the Resources
component of this Web Quest. Step
Two: v You
will participate in a simulation involving role playing a part as you analyze
several Web Quests. Your part will be determined once you join a group in
class. Each member of the group will be assigned another role. After you are
assigned a role, you will investigate a series of Web Quests online and
critique them from the point of view of the role you are playing. Step
Three: v You
will gain additional practice evaluating other Web Quests to determine their
effectiveness. You will be provided with two (2) lists of Web Quests, both
accessible from the Resources page. You will browse through the lists,
preview a few of the Quests, and select three (3) to analyze. You will be
provided with a Web Quest Rubric
to evaluate these three Web Quests. This rubric is also accessible from the Resources
page. You need to submit the complete three Rubrics and submit them by Nov.
3. Step
Four: v You
will use a table to generate
a list of topics for your own Web Quest. v You
will analyze three of your topics using a score card. You need to submit the three
(3) score cards as part of the completion of this quest. To proceed, you need to access the materials you need. Now go
to Resources. |
